《幸福双响炮》是浙江广电集团钱江都市频道的自办大型娱乐节目，也是浙江广电集团的重点栏目，自2003年1月推出后就受到广大观众的喜爱和专家的高度评价，在浙江的电视观众特别是年轻观众中有着较大的知名度和较广泛的影响力。

　　2004年1月，全新打造的新版《幸福双响炮》改版成功，到三月份，节目的月平均收视率达到1.95(央视—索福瑞，杭州市网，下同)，已经超过在杭州地区播放的大部分外购娱乐节目(含境外节目)；3月份最高单期收视率3.8，居当周杭州地区所有电视节目收视排行第四名；选送的一期节目荣获集团1季度文艺大类节目一等奖。

　　2004版《幸福双响炮》整体结构布局非常巧妙。在内容上紧紧抓住“选秀”这个中心点；以月为基本赛事单位，一个月一个主题比赛，淘汰赛(复赛)、半决赛、决赛环环相扣。这就为节目的收视市场创造了两个有利条件：经常变换的节目内容避免了娱乐节目的程式化问题；以月为基本单位来结构比赛的方式其实是以栏目的外壳搭建了一个活动平台，大量不同的活动(如2004二月份的上海国际模特大赛浙江赛区选拔赛、九月份的世界精英模特大赛华东区选拔赛、江浙才子才女风云会等)引入不仅进一步打破娱乐节目的程式化倾向，而且使节目的可看性和美育度大大提高。

　　作为浙江广电集团两大自主娱乐品牌之一的《幸福双响炮》，其前身是创办于1995年2月的中国大陆最早的娱乐节目之一——《开心真开心》(主持人毛威)；2000年1月改版为带有真人秀元素的《真心接触》(主持人吕凉、赵保乐、龙薇薇)；2003年1月改版为《幸福双响炮》(主持人汪涵、龙薇薇)。经过九年的探索和实践，《幸福双响炮》已形成自己独特的节目风格：节目以语言见长、无处不在的娱乐元素、栏目与活动嫁接，在浙江省及周边覆盖地区具有相当高的知名度和美育度。

　　"Double Crackers of Happiness" , as a key program of 浙江广电集团, is a good-sized entertaining program managed by 浙江广电集团钱江都市频道. It is loved by vast of the audience and highly evaluated by the experts after the carrying-out of its second version in Jan., 2003.This program has a huge influence among the young audience in Zhejiang. As one of the two self-managed entertaining program of 浙江广电集团, "Double Crackers of Happiness" is adapted from one of the earliest entertaining program in the mainland of China, “Real Fun”(hosted by Mao Wei), which was established in Feb., 1995; and the “Real Fun” was latterly adapted to a new show-like program called “Heart to Heart”(hosted by Lu Liang, Zhao Baolei and Long Weiwei), which was finally adapted to the "Double Crackers of Happiness" in Jan., 2003 (hosted by the famous hosts, Long Weiwei of 钱江都市频道 and Wang Han of 湖南经视). After nine years’ exploration and practice, "Double Crackers of Happiness" has formed its own characteristic, jokey conversations, fun staffs and links between the programs and social activities. All these brought this program great fame and popularity in Zhejiang and neighbouring provinces.
